My wife has a tendancy of creating drama and indulge in brinkmanship...We are immigrants and she does not speaks good english and is a stay at home mom (of 2 boys 11 & 6)
Last week after an argument (no physical) she went out of home at 10:00 pm and called a non government non profit organization that helps immigrant communities (primarily seniors and women). Apparantly they run a women's shalter. Her intention was to go and stay a night in that shelter (Diablo 3 Gold).
I suppose this org gets funds from government departments.
Anyways, their volunteers came, brought her back home and talked to me for about an hour.
Apart from advising to go for marriage counseling he (volunteer) showed overt threat of law enforcement and sabotaging my immigration (I got my employment based Green Card in 2010).
Today he again called to "followup" and see if I was going for marriage counseling.
I know he cannot force us for such counselings, but I felt annoyed by his call. He covertly threatens to turn over the issue to law enforcement and having fun threatening me like that, or at least justifying drawing salary from this org.
Please advise how should I handle any futre calls.
