Available on line, phone apps, etc (Diablo 3 Power Leveling). You can calculate points for an entire recipe based on the ingredients you made it with.
If you're eating mashed potatoes and gravy at Bob's Diner and you don't know exactly what's in it ot calculate points, you can find points for 1/2 mashed potatoes and 1/4 cup of chicken gravy and it will give you kind of a generic points value that is pretty safe to use for tracking purposes.
It's not a hard program to follow although it's been quite a few years for me, personally. I have several friends that are doing it right now and it's working quite well for them.
While I'm not back up to my heaviest weight, since I've slacked off on the program, I have put some weight back on but I'm working on knocking it back off. Down 10 pounds in 30 days so far.
