No one intentionally leaves personal information in a storage unit.

People store things because they don't have space (Diablo 3 Gold), or because they're moving or foreclosed on, or being transferred or deployed or they have nosey roommates they don't trust.

They pay the bill... then maybe something happens. Their car breaks down and they have to buy a new one, they lose their job, their spouse cleans out the account & absconds to parts unknown... suddenly they *can't* pay the bill anymore. Now everything they have in storage is in jeopardy.

They aren't sitting around at home saying "Gee honey, I think we should fill a storage unit with personal paperwork and then stop paying the bill."

Another problem is that if they become victims of identity theft or fraud they can easily find out who you are (buyers of storage auctions must show ID and records are kept of who buys what).

Even if you're not worried about being tracked down, one would think common decency (if not a belief in Karma) would inspire you to dispose of things properly.

But we all choose our own path and if that's the path you choose I wish you great luck in the future (because you'll need it!)

Bring a U-Haul and a lot of cash (Diablo 3 Gold). They won't let you run to the ATM to get money- when it's over you have to pay and haul everything off.

You'll probably have to put down a cleaning deposit. That's because some people who purchase auctions leave a mess for the storage facility. The cleaning deposit is refundable and ensures that you don't lose a mess cuz you get it back as long as the unit is clean.

Make sure you have cash (did I mention to have cash? CASH!) and a big-ass truck or van cuz it's got to be hauled off same day.

If it's a huge unit you might be able to rent it for half price for a month but of course that cuts into your profit.

Find the name/number of a place that shreds documents because a lot of what's in storage units is personal stuff (Diablo 3 Gold); kids report cards, personal letters, medical records, bills, etc. It has no value to the buyer but it has private information so it really should be shredded.
